Description: This is a fun and easy quilt to do. Yes it is applique', but I will show you how to do a quick and simple hand applique as well as machine applique. I like it simple without taking years to complete the quilt. Try it, you'll like it!
Supplies/Fabric requirements:
25-30 assorted fat quarters (or use fabrics from your stash.) OR 16-20 fat quarters (or use your stash) AND 2 3/4 YD Background
3/4 Yd Sashing
3/4 Yd First Border
1 1/8 Yd Outside Border
2 Yd Fusible Web (I use 805 Wonder-Under as it is light-weight and easy to use.)
2/3 Yd Binding
5 1/2 Yd Backing
Needed Items: Basic sewing kit, a machine that does a blanket stitch or a zig-zag stitch, either floss or embroidery thread
